I find that almost every mix I’ve done in the box and those that I’ve been sent that were mixed in the box come in pretty darn hot. One of the things that tend to happen now that we are increasingly mixing in the box is we tend to mix at almost mastered levels. – hahaīasically, you can lay in an already mastered reference track, and then Ozone 9 will read it. It has is an AI feature, machine learning if you prefer that term. I don’t use Ozone 9 so this is going to be a completely new thing for me.
